The idea of Youvvy was formed out of a frustration from agents. There has never been a way that agents could thoroughly search for new construction homes. We found that the leading sites that offer “new construction” as a search option have incomplete, inaccurate and poorly displayed data - we saw an opportunity to fix that.
Youvvy is currently only available in the Greater Metro Charlotte market, and as we expand our markets we’ll want agents dedicated to helping home buyers find the perfect new home.
